We offer yoga classes in the Hatha and Svaroopa traditions for practitioners at any level. We welcome all students in their current state of being. It's a safe, exhilarating workout that will calm your mind, strengthen your body, and change your life.
Yoga allows you to balance all the systems within the body; quieting the nervous system, liberating you from anxiety, and promoting inner harmony. You will have the opportunity to learn various breathing techniques for use in daily situations, along with yoga postures to relieve back discomfort by strengthening, toning, stretching, and relaxing the muscles.
We have a brand new, state-of-the-art yoga studio that can accommodate all group sizes. We are the north Atlanta Hatha and Svaroopa yoga studio that serves Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Norcross, conveniently located minutes from Highway 400 (Exit 7) just off of Holcomb Bridge Rd. on Old Alabama Rd. First class is FREE!
